Use of Services

Gemini Omni provides browser-based AI video generation tools for prompts, images, reference media, previews, and downloads. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or that generated content will satisfy every creative, commercial, legal, or platform requirement.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Billing, Subscriptions, and Credits

• Paid plans, subscriptions, and credit packs are billed through Stripe or another disclosed payment processor.
• Credits may be consumed based on generation type, duration, resolution, queue costs, or feature usage.
• Credits, plan limits, and pricing may change prospectively.
• Except where required by law or expressly stated, processed payments are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and canceling subscriptions before renewal if you no longer want the plan.

User Content and AI Output

You retain rights to prompts, uploads, reference media, and generated outputs you lawfully provide or create through the Service. You grant Gemini Omni a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and store that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service.

You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing or using it commercially, including any required rights, clearances, disclosures, model releases, trademark approvals, or platform compliance checks.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Upload content you do not have permission to use
• Generate unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, hateful, sexual exploitation, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, payment controls, safety systems, or access restrictions
• Reverse engineer, overload, resell, scrape, or abuse provider integrations or platform APIs
• Interfere with security, availability, or integrity of the Service

Intellectual Property
